The longest line of ceviches consisted of 2,078 ceviches, achieved by Jurel Unico (Chile) in Coronel, Concepción, Biobío Region, Chile, on 14 January 2023.
The year of 2023 has been called the "Year of the Horse Mackerel" by the ASIPES - Association of Fishing Industry in Chile, therefore this event was organized to encourage and promote the consumption of a local product, making the preparation of ceviche with horse mackerel a featured food.
