Guinness World Records kendama challenge was held at the annual Kendama World Cup event. Yamato ranked third at the preliminary round. Top three players on the leader board (there was a tie record, so four players) from the preliminary round as well as two additional guest performers competed at the final round, and Yamato beat the other five players.
